Troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing operating systems and software on desktops and laptops for Windows, Mac, and Linux.

* Physical hardware repair is not supported. If the device does not turn on or has physical damage, this is not supported *

  • Adjusting system settings and removing bloat to improve performance.

  • Identifying and fixing software errors, crashes, and application issues.

  • Using specialized tools to detect and remove malware. Installing and configuring antivirus software and firewalls to prevent future infections.
• Bringing Life to Old Devices
  • If you have an old desktop or laptop that needs revitalized, I will install the Linux operating system on it, which will make it feel new again.
• Method
  • Tech support and repair will primarily be performed remotelyy via screen sharing software, but devices can be brought or dropped off at my home office if necessary. In special circumstances, I will travel to the location to fix systems.

  • Many times someone is searching Google based on the category of goods and services they are seeking. They will then make their way to Google Maps to find businesses closest to their area. When your business page opens on Google Maps, the first thing they will want to do is click the link to your website.
• Building Trust
  • People will choose to purchase from a business that has a polished, beautiful website over one that has an ugly website or none at all. An ugly website or no website at all creates doubt. Customers want to experience good vibes while visiting your website, which builds trust between your business and the customer. This is the first impression you can give to your potential customer before they even make contact with your business.

  • A website frees up your time. Instead of people constantly calling and emailing you to know more about your goods and services, you can have all of this information on the website.
    • For example, instead of telling a customer over the phone your menu items, you can redirect them to the website for them to see the menu for themselves.

This is for anyone who wants to learn about any particular technology subject that they are interested in. I have an expansive knowledge across many domains in tech to train upon.

If I don’t know the subject matter you are interested in learning, I will research it and we can learn together. In the tech industry, you are always a newbie because there is too much to know. The key is knowing how to learn the technologies quickly and efficiently, and I can show you how to do that.
